its a short to power i believe. it can happen like when u turn on your interior lights ur wipers come on LOL strange stuff can happen! the teacher at school told us about it...it wont blow the fuses like a short to ground will...check to see if there is any breaks in the wires for the wipers and e brake...the power is getting to the wipers all the time and the ebrake interupts the circuit. it can do some weird stuff!!! ill ask him monday for an answer (hes a master tech).but im pretty sure thats what it is.
