Oil Change?

I was wondering if thier is any benefits from changeing to Synthetic Oil from Regular Oil? I have a 347 Stroker and have been using Regular Oil for 2 years, thinking about using Synthetic This year.

Synthetic just lubricates better. I perfer to use it in all newer engines. Our 5.0 has close to (if not over) 200K on it and I just run regular in it.
