Default just a quick subframe connector question

Are bolt ins any good? I have an oppurtunity to pick some BBK bolt ins for 40 bux. But if they won't be any good, then even if they're cheap it isn't worth it.

By the time I'm finished in the next two months or so, the car's going to be pushing a lot of power, i'm hoping 450-500 rwhp out of the turbos.

Hell, any connector is better than no connector. And you could weld the bolt in ones....pick em up..and have a buddy that can weld do em one day for some beer
