I am also sad to report that Zach's '87 got a battle wound today. The shifter bolts completely ripped out of the trans and stripped the threads out of the trans. We had to go to Lowes and get some new bolts to temporarily fix it.

HTH does that happen. Must not have been in right to begin with. That's right Zach, I'm bustin on ya!!
I don't know how the hell it happened. I'm going to have to pull the trans tomorrow and helicoil every single one of them. I however did manage to pull off a 14.5 with a 2.2 60 fit spining in first. The track temp was 25* as well today so hooking was a little hard even after my john force burnouts. On the way home my speedo decided it wanted to stick at 55mph as well and I didn't relize it for about 20 minutes. I think brady must of though I was drunk following me.

That 94 MPH tells me that the car should have been 5 tenths quicker.
Just get more seat time........

That looks like a low 14 mph?

I was wondering why you were driving so slow, Zach, lol.

yea man i just did the same thing... didnt heat mine enough, it got me 14.2s, but was w. 2.2 short times... so do wut i have to do... heat them up more... and itll hook... i was suprised to spin em too

so 94 should be a low 14? i was hitting 14.7s last year at 95... and now its trapping 98 constantly(some 97s, but most 98s), so wuts that suposed to be good for???

OK....................
You guys running these big MPH are showing how much HP you have.
The chassis/tires is lacking and thats why you have ET's 4-5 tenths slower than they should be...........

I had slicks and I couldn't hook worth a damn. It was 26* out at the track. I think that was mine and brady's problem.

Yep, to low of track temp OR air temp will hurt, not help.
Also, if the humidity is too high that hurts too..........
