HERE IS THE DEAL. IF YOUR INJECTORS MATCH THE CALIBRATION THEN THE CAR JUST NEEDS TO RELEARN, THE MASS AIR DOES THIS ON ITS OWN IT CAN TAKE UP TO 4 DAYS. IF YOU WANT TO HELP OUT THE PROCESS DO A LOT OF DRIVING DO SOME STOP AND GO TRAFFIC SOME 0-60 AND SOME HIGHWAY CRUISING. THEN THE PROBLEMS SHOULD BE NO MORE.

looking at the mass air meter wont tell us whta the calibrations is. u said ur car was running a lil bit rich? well the comp. is programmed to run off the mass air and the injectors beeing somewhere inbetween 39 to 43 psi. if ur at more then 43 psi then the injectors will technicly be bigger then the #19. so it wood be like ur car has #22 injectors with a maf thats calibrated #19. make sure ur psi is rite

allow it to relearn. if for some reason you still cant get the idle to settle then try this
Idle speed set on the throttle plate is too high; usually this error is characterized by a very erratic idle and stalling when coming to a stop.
Set the throttle by removing the connector from the idle speed control motor.
With engine warm and air conditioner turned off, set idle speed at 700 RPM using the throttle screw.
Reconnect idle speed motor and check for engine stability.
Check system for vacuum leaks and fix them.
this worked for me
