bfgoodrich tire owners! help needed

Hi i am planning on buying new tires for my stang. I am tossed up between the bfgoodrich all season KDWS radials and the Traction T/a's. Is it ok not to go with a Z rated tire? the door panel says it should but the V speed rating is 149 mph, and i dont plan on even seeing that so does it really matter to replace with z-rated tires? PLease any imput would be helpful
