RE: what springs?
the plates mainly give you a extra inch
you have around 4 or so inches to start with and lower it 1 1/2 inches that extra gain back from the plates just help with bottoming out , and adds some extra adjustments, i have them on all 3 of our
mustangs

The ride is good as long as you have aftermarket struts and shocks, it might be a li'l rough/bouncy with the stock ones. I have the SuperSports, the Sports dont sit qutie as low and aren't as stiff, both look very good. I wanted my car pretty low so I went with the SuperSpots

RE: what springs?
i had the bbk lowering springs on mine and didn't need C/C plates on it. they were able to do the alignment just fine
(those were both when the car was pretty much stock)
when the car was lowered with k-member and coil over kit
last pic of the car i took^^^
there was a slight difference in the ride height mainly due to the adjsutability of the coilovers

RE: what springs?
It would be wise of you to just buck up and buy CC plates. As you lower the car, your caster will be WAY off... and im sorry jasper.. But I know for a fact that the alignment shop didnt get your car perfect... you CAN NOT adjust caster far enough on stock adjustments... I know this because I do alignments... and I needed CC plates to get MY car straight

RE: what springs?
if your really don't want C/C plates then the c springs are the max that your stock suspension will hold, any lower and your gonna break something, i've got b springs cuz i didn't have the cash for C/C plates
