Locked out!

Locked out!
Hey boys I need help...I've got a '93 notch I bought recently. It has power locks and windows. The guy I bought it from is a parts manager at ford and the car is SWEET. But, it had lock problems when I bought it. The alarm has a keyless entry remote that didn't seem to work properly. That didin't bother me much at the beginning but has evolved into a bigger animal. Long story short, I can't open the drivers door. If I try to open it with the key, the key would definitely break. **** is just all stiff in there. If I open the passenger side, which I can do, I can't pop the locks with the power lock button cause I think the fuse is shot. And without being able to get at the fuse panel which is on the drivers side, I have to shuffle across the centre console every time I get in and out. This sucks. I'm gonna pop a spring in my seat if I keep this up. I've knocked my rearview mirror offwith my head too. If I'm in the driver seat and pull the door handle the lock button should pop up and let me out, but the mechanism in the door seems to bedisconnected or something. What the fvuck can I do? Even a repair shop said they'll have to find a way to "break in". Am I totally screwed here? It seems like it's gonna be very expensive or damaging to the door. Anyone ever been in this situation? I don't know what to do. Any input or advice is muchly appreciated. Thanks...

RE: Locked out!
mmmm, I had the lock rod jam in there good once and the lock wouldnt turn with the key and a slim jim wouldnt workI went in from the passenger side, luckily I had the doorpanel off to see whats going on inside, but if he cant dislodge whats jamming it he will have to remove the seat to get the doorpanel off to see inside
