Default new 5.0 engine assembly...

hey right now im thinking about buying an old 5.0 GT this summer. i figured i would find one thats body is in good shape, with about 100k miles. i was thinking about just replacing the old engine with a brand new one...i found a 5.0 that includes the following..
the block, crankshaft, rods, cast hyperutercitc aluminum pistons, timing chain, rocker arms, roller tappets, push rods, iol pump and pickup, ox-body dual sump, oil pan, vale covers, front covers, water pump, damper, and a manual trans flywheel. it says its build with 87-93 production replacement parts and is a direct replacement for the 87-93 5.0L.

now my question is is there anything else i need? and how much do you think this would cost me to get installed?

i also figured in on buying a new transmission as well...and this might be a stupid question but if i do this...wont i basically have a mechanically perfect car besides the suspension?

With 100,000 miles it would just be getting broken in,I have 200,000 on mine. I would try to getsomething with forged pistons.
