This should help with getting the pedal even with the brake. It came from the factory about two inches in front. This is the only thing I have even seen to help with this problem. But the link says it is for 94-2004 stangs. I think it could be made to work with a fox body, or you could make one yourself. If you go this route tell me how it works out as I have been thinking about it for a while now.
