Brake light

For some reason my brake light is always on how could i get it to stop coming on? is it a messed up fuse or something.

Your brake light switch under the brake pedal is more than likely stuck in the on position.

Oh i forgot to mention its the hand brake light that is on not the taillight. When i release the hand brake the light on the cluster is still on.

Could be the same problem, find the switch and disconnect it, see if the light will go out.
