its called peal and seal. it kind of works. its missing a layer in the middle its like a cork type layer. if you want a cheap but good product go to b-quiet.com they have awesome products for half the price. i used a long time ago in my 98 for my system and the difference is insane, you'll love it, but take your time with it. also cut the layers in 2x2 inch squars and its soooooo much easier to work also if you have a heat gun to lay it down it makes the material more pliable. pm me if you have more ?'s
