Default Flywheel Problems

Okay guys, i ordered a "reman" flywheel but the bolt hole to attach the clutch to it didnt line up. Ive got 5 3/4" spacing for the pressure plate bolts to match. the one i ordered had a different bolt pattern. Its a 157 tooth flywheel that i have to replace and the so called " replacement" had 164. the reason im not just gunna resurface my old flywheel is because there are about four spots that have ver bad teeth so im not gunna reuse it. Anything you can say that will help will be greatly appretiated! thanks
