hey guys just wanna know if anyone has had their heads ported by thumper, especially interested in gt40's and e7's. what kinda gains did you see. im puttin in some thumper ported gt40's in, and am trying to get a ballpark range of how much hp gain they will be over my stock e7's.

I've used the E7 version. They are bad bang for the buck but they perform well for what they are. I bought them knowing I was specifically building a sleeper and was paying more money than I should have just to keep the image. If you're just looking for performance, there is money better spent elsewhere.

the gt40s will flow right around the e7 ported so get the gt40 ported by him for a significant gain

i was thinking bout going the same route......thumper gave me an estimate of 995 for porting of my gt40s and the explorer intake....and he will throw in either a Ford B cam or a TFS 1 cam...idk bout gains tho....so i hear that the ported GT40s will outflow stock AFR 165s

i love my gt40s that he did... i dont have any numbers for hp gains but i can say for sure that with them, and e cam and perfromer intake, you get a nice seat of the pants gain

sry to steal the post but how much did u guys pay for your gt40s? and how much did you pay for your intakes(if your running the explorer)..

I don't have the $ at the moment, but I want to get a set of P heads ported by Thumper...I've always thought that wouldmake a bad *** sleeper. Be sure he uses the 1.90/1.60 valves in the Gt40's......
