Haha that's the most retarded thing I've ever heard. After having that kind of accident you would sit there and wait for the tow truck to come and then go to the hospital?

Well Im guessing they didnt call911 because if they did the police wouldve came and gotten the car towed away.
My guess is that they were drunk and ran to a friend's house or something like that.
I dont think they walked to the hospital so somebody else knew there was an accident and yet still it didnt get reported.
