Not to highjack or anything but, how do you figure different lifts with different rockers? I have 1.7 rockers on my car and most of the cams I look at are tagged for 1.6 rockers. So if lift is .480 w/1.6 Rockers, how would I figure out what is is with 1.7 rockers? Also, anyone know max lift for standard GT-40 heads?

i think a b cam with a 480 lift and 1.72 is like 515. i know on a stock cam with 1.72 its like 477 lift...lift is one thing then you need to account for the duration dunno about hte gt40 heads. also ppl want ot go to large of a cam, this can hurt drasticly

e cam should pass emissions if your car is good on the other parts. the duration is 220 and lift is 498. this is a good cam. you can do alot with this cam. its great for boosted applications cause of the same lift for intake and exhaust. also makes a good cam cause of the duration. idle youll hear it but not as much as say the Xcam. this is the cam im going ot run on the budget buildup project im doing. this is also a good cam for a auto since you dont need such a large stall for it. if you dont have a auto then dont worry about it. i hope that helps out

Definitally does, I have a 5spd, as long as it gives my car more of a rumble Im plenty happy. Everything I have on the car so far will pass emissions. All parts have their CARB EO numbers or w/e lol.

sticks are easy to adapt with cams. just need to play with the release more an auto needs a stall to really use the new power band of a cam. youll hear it but youll feel it more
