Air intake restricter

Air intake restricter
ok i did do a search and only came up with 2005-2007 intake restricters. did the 95 gt have one? Also is that hose going into he fender a restriction on them, because the hole on the intake itself is a lot bigger and seems like it would be less of a restriction if that was off, but it might be pulling in some engine compartment air the nas well? Any input guys?

I just took the restrictor plate off of the red dragon... but keep that on the down low its not exactly street leagal.....

and yea, take it off... its in the pass side fender... its not doing u anygood being there... mines off
