Default Air intake restricter

ok i did do a search and only came up with 2005-2007 intake restricters. did the 95 gt have one? Also is that hose going into he fender a restriction on them, because the hole on the intake itself is a lot bigger and seems like it would be less of a restriction if that was off, but it might be pulling in some engine compartment air the nas well? Any input guys?

Do you mean that small like 1/8 dia. hose-if so i think it goes to a sensor or reads something with the air, I really dont know what you mean? air intake restrictor- I know stangs have air silencers, which people remove-theyre loacted on(or near) the stock airbox......
