dude you can't just say one is better unless you've chosen a head or at least an intake let alone compression ratio, or whether your using a power adder. go to any site that sells cams and you can see the specs. you haven't listed your plans

.030 over trw's
cast ported gt 40's shaved like .025
trickflow intake
crane 1.6 roller rockers
65mm bbk throttle body
76 c&l maf
already had bbk headers,bbk h-pipe,flowies, bbk cold air kit
those are the parts that i have already
that why i am trying to find a good cam for this setup nothing real crazy yet but later down the road it will be blown but later down the road

i personally have that cam and its ok. dont count on much power down low but once you hit about 3k hold on. you can really feel it hit the power band there, at least thats what i've experienced in my car

why did you list the TFS cam duration @ 050 and the F cam as advertised duration? Thats a poor comparison.

at 050 the F cam is 226/226

I have the f303, it sounds pretty nasty but not a whole lot of power gain that I felt.

talk to 92lxhatch he has it. and then like i said in ur last thread like 98.9% of the people in the 5.0 section has that cam so it shouldn't be to hard to find someone with that cam
