let me enlighten you on drag radials...there are cars running 7 secs in the 1/4 miles on them......what does that say...put a supension under the car..

so when you launch at 4000 rpms, what happens, tire spin, hard launch, or what? what would you have to do to get the front tires to come off the ground? must feel good at that rpm. thanks.
you need a good rear suspension to really plant the tires and a light weight front end to lift the tires off the ground. 90/10 front struts let the front rise quickly at the hit but aren't for street use, drag only. it also requires plenty of HP and torque too!

i would go with some mickey tompson et streets, but you might want to look into getting 31 spline axle

hardened 28's will do just fine. I agree with the tires too

drag radials maybe you should try those
