Subframes, woohoo! I got the XL full length's from Maximum Motorsports. I hope that MM stuff is as good as everyone says it is! Anyone else have these? If so, how was the install and how do you like them?

Was it pretty easy to weld? I've been contemplating doing it my self, but I might just have my race car building buddy weld them in for me.

Unless you have a lift it is hard to weld them in yourself because you need the car sitting on all 4 wheels (thus lift needed)to weld them in correctly. If you place the car on jackstands the frame will flex differently and not give you the desired effect. I personally don't know how to weld (Thinking of taking a class in the fall), but I think it would be hard with the car sitting on the ground.

I've got two, trust me, I won't be doing this on the ground lol. A barrel of monkeys could weld with a MIG.
