spitting black liquid out tail pipe

Default spitting black liquid out tail pipe
I have a 85 5.0 with a carb. When my car is warming up at an idle it spits this black liquid out the tail pipe. what could this be? It stops after it warms up.

Possibly condensation.... turning black from your being black inside your exhaust. Just a though.. dont know what else it could be.

Yeah, I'd say condensation mixed with the carbon in the exhaust. Are you running rich or no cats?

If it were oil you wouldn't be able to the black liquid from all the smoke. You'd have to be burning crazy amounts for it to be leaking out the tail pipes.

It could be oil if you have an SRT-4

Im still sticking w/ my answer of a mix of condenation/carbon from exhaust.
