Default Grabbing my exhaust set up...emissions woes

So I think I found the set up I'm ready to order and I wanted to get your inputs on how you believe this would handle emissions.
I already have 40 series flowmasters....
headers...

Xpipe

I'm just worried bc the Xpipe says it has cats but is still listed for off road use.

I'll be putting these on along with gears and a new clutch in may
Thanks for your help.

you should be fine but the headers are a little pricey but a very nice piece. i just bought brand new BBK equal lengths for 194 shipped of ebay from brenspeed and BBK catted X-pipe for $400 from Mustangs unlimited and my car went through emisions with flying colors. i was suprised i had only .04 when limit was 1.20 and 114 in another catogory when limit was 220. Can't go wrong with bassani if you don't mind spending a couple extra bucks. good Luck.

I just tossed on my buddy's Steeda catted H-pipe to pass emissions...When you get the exhaust on, run the car around for a few days before you go thru, and when you are in line, dont shut the car off.. I went thru last monday and I passed everything but low HCs (I was 940 when the limit was 220)...went thru again thursday with the same setup, took the air filter out, and turned my idle up, and passed with 180

i like my bbk unequal headers and o/r h-pipe just fine. i kinda want equal length tho.. but w/e

but why dont you just buy the o/r x-pipe w/ no cats and just put stock h-pipe on when you need to pass emissions. thats what i did and it takes about 30 min or so to swap the 2
