Now that I have your attention:

I need a T5. Ideally witha shifter and bellhousing. I am putting a 5.0 in a four banger 79 that had a 4 speed. I have an rebuilt AOD with a shift kit and a reworked valvebody. It shifts mint and grabs hard. Honestly, the AOD is really nice and basically new (donor vehicle was a heap and sat for years) but I really, really want to keep the car a standard. No BS, this trans is great but I am going carburated and using an alphabet cam. Willing to trade straight up AND/OR pay if necessary but I don't want a T5 that doesn't shift well. Used, new, rebuilt - WHATEVER. All I need is a T5 with some good life left. Please, please let me know if you or anyone you know is willing to sell/trade a T5. Thanks guys, I appreciate it!

LOL....Sorry fellas. This thread cycles posts like nuts and I know what it is like to ignore "want" topics. Seriously, I would really prefer to find a tranny though you guys than gamble on ebay.

i had one about two months ago but i couldn't find anyone who wanted a stock t5 so i got rid of it.
