Ford racing and Motive are good. I've heard that the Ford racing gears drop right in, Motives require some measurements and shimming. I would go with the FRPP gears for the ease of install, quicker install means that you get your car back quicker, and a happier mechanic.

I have 3.73 with a 5 speed and if someone said they would trade me straight up for 4.10's i would do it in a heart beat. cruising down the highway it does not tach too high at all, I am thinking of going to 4.10 but i already have the 3.73. Even with the stock 3.35 first and stock 5th it was great, even better with the t-5Z
