bypass fuel pump relay?

bypass fuel pump relay?
this might sound stupid but is there a way to bypass the fuel pump relay thats under the drivers seat? my fuel pump isn't getting any power and i've changed the fuel cut off switch. also would i have to go to ford to get this part or can i go to auto zone or whatever? sorry for these stupid fuel related questions.
