man that sucks to hear. A buddy of mine got in an accident last saturday because some lady ran a stop sign doin like 35 or 40. Luckly he was in his GMC sierra witha 3 inch lift and 35s. His truck was totaled and so was her car. He wasnt hurt but i was basically behind him and to think that if she was a couple seconds behind that would have been me she hit. I would have been so sad to lose my 5.0

get that car back from the tow yard and yank your parts before the insurance writes the check and the car goes bye bye

man thats awful i had some girl wreck my 95 about 5 months ago..we were stoped in construction just a two lane highway so i was just going to get my chek and i dint really need it so i was like whatever ill turn around and go home get it tommorw there was a big accident two deaths so it was like a 4 hour wait..so i turned around and started heading back traffic was lined up for miles so as im going i guess this 17 year old girl in here moms escelade had the same idea and turned righ tinto my car both air bags deployed and it was toatled but the good news was it was a 95 90,000 miles mint and i only paid $3,500 for it two days prior (the guy owed me $1,500 for other stuff ) but the insurance company could not find a 95 gt for sale within like 900 miles so they gave me $8,500 i was like merry christmas to me lol..but yea man just look at it as a car is just a car no one was hurt and not u can get a new fox or if u sue hell a dream car lol but either way as long as you are ok thats def all that matters. good luck with your future purchase

Thx for the replys i appreciate it!! As for sueing her i am defintly doing so an she admitted it was 100% her fault so i am now waiting for the police report so i can take further action. I also had the tow truck take the cardirectly tomy house i dont trust them at all. And i will be buying the car back from them an either parting it out or jus swap everything into my nex 5.0. Im not sure yet...I just still cant believe this **** happened..Thx again for the replys!

That's awesome...You should be able to make a good chunk of money off of parting the car out...After all, the youngest of these cars is 14-15 years old so there is a market for every little piece and part of them by now. Good luck!

The only reason I would ever sue is to cover medical bills and damage to the car. Dont try to ruin her life and make a million out of it. It was an ACCIDENT
