adder wouldnt that .025 being milled off be enough the throw off the lifter plunge since the rockers are non adjustable? i mean, as long as its not bottomed out your ok but you gotta have some plunge left

they run a 66-67cc chamber where the cobras run 64cc... so you should ATLEAST mill the heads to have a matching combustion chamber size...
and black betty.... your going to learn the hard way... Like I did... that putting heads on without having them tested.... is a waste of time and money.

The iron gt40s aren't worth getting ported in if you think about it. You can get an aluminum head that will out flow them for less then it would cost to buy the used heads and port them. I would get them checked out and shaved down to make sure the deck surface is flat then through them on.
