wtf are u talking about... ok sorry... b303, and e303 are ford racing cams... better? im just saying, u wanna no the specs of them? look them up, that info is everywhere.

1. Suggest you read this Crane Cams Valve Springs FAQ article

2. Once you understand you need to leave a minimum .060" gap between valve lift and coil bind height, the specs on the stock springs will cause coil bind @.510" lift for the exhaust side and .530" on the the intake side. If you follow the .060" "rule".....they are only good for .450" lift on the exhaust and .470" lift on the intake side.

3. Cam and valve springs need to be matched, since the stock springs only support the stock cam requirements.........(get the picture?)....

if these are used springs then no one here can tell you as you need to measure them due to all the heat cycles and wear

if you change the cam, you need springs (dual), lifters, db roller chain. at least

agreed, cept for the lifter part. 99% of the times you can reuse your roller lifters without problems. the 1% is if they are gunked up and then you just disassemble them and clean em up.
