the wheel rim size should be within 1" of the tire width plus or minus for best results according to most tire websites, but I'm running 10.5 slicks on an 8" wheel with no problems, but I think the 7" width is too small for a 10.5 tire.

i got a set of 26x11.50x15 hoosier quick times on a set of 15x7. they do bubble out a bit
