Default goodyears tires

hi

what do you think about the goodyear eagle f1 tires.... 245-50-16

I got a 89 5.0 3.55 of gears and 280 hp

I would not recommend those tires with the power and gearing you have. They hooked up for me so-so on a bone bone stock motor with 2.73 gears, but it was a weak car. I would highly doubt they would hook up with your amount of power. I would go with the bridgestone potenza instead. I used them with more power and more gearing than you have and still pulled a 1.90 60 foot time at the track and I'm not even a very experienced driver, bone stock suspension also. The tires wear very slowly also, so you should get tons of life out of them.
