Default Car Stalling, Idling low and clutch needing replacement

Lately my car has been stalling alot at stops, it idles really low and then just dies. I happen to catch the battery charge sometimes dropping really fast then it kicks back on, also it will go all the way up and go back to normal. When cold starts, the car howls. It sounds like its around the alternator or powersteering area.

Another thing, i just got a new clutch a couple months ago, Spec Stage 1 Clutch, gave it a good 500 miles before i started to drive it a little harder. That dreadful throwout bearing chirping is back, and its getting louder. Sometimes it grinds alot, my car eats alot of clutches lately, maybe its me but i don't rag on it much. I'm thinking maybe i need to adjust my clutch cable or something.

Any information would be nice!
