No i havent flushed an filled it prolly needs it. I personaly i dont know if it has any tranny fluid in it lol. (ive worked every day since i got the car and my luck would be its rainin today on my day off lol)As for turning the car off its the only way to get into first or reverse with out grinding. But is seems to pull decent if i lay into her a lil bit. Just i cant shift cause it grinds and have to turn car of the get it into a gear lol.

im the same way, either the cable isnt adjusted right or worse the syncros are history, interesting enough, mine doesnt grind when I try to put it into a foward gear....
oh and mines filled properly
EDIT: the only way I can shift while moving is to shift without the clutch

Ohhhhh i forogt to add it does wine in every gear when i drive. I know i seem dumb but im not i just havent had time to check everything. And i figure you guys have had alot of experince with foxes this is my first, And its been sitting a week
