Default Cap and rotor?

Ok I know you guys have probably answered many posts similar to this but I couldn't find anything while searching so heres my question: What cap and rotor(need replaced)should I run with Ford 9mm wires and autolites? Basic performance mods done cold air intake, 70mm throttle body, headers, prochamber o/r h, 1 chamber flowmasters, cobra manifolds thats about it now.

Thanks

Always get the cap with brass terminals, not the aluminum ones. They are more expensive but better.
