well anyone claiming to know everything obviously knows nothing, but im no noobie when it comes to engines. as a machinist, along with doing valve jobs i occasionally ran the cam grinder too. i have never personally dealt with the tech guys from crane or comp (we knew what we wanted when/if we called) but i figured they would have a decent handle on what works with what..... thats all

They will get you a "decent" cam, but these custom guys take EVERY
component of your engine to consideration when they do their calcualtions
from what rear-end gears you have to what heads to stroke length, ect. ect. ect.
They really take it to the next level and uses HIGHEST quality controls

why would you even buythier products AFR if the first thing you have to do is a spring upgrade. there are several canifield sellers that will set the spring up for your cam for no charge

i just orded mine form him like 5 days ago... great guy really worked with me.. .even tho i was busy and it took a while for me to get everything ready to order.... he knows his stuff... check him out
