i have used bothbbk on my 99 mustang and mac on my dads 99 mustang.... i liked my bbk better becase it is a fenderwell kit..... fender air colder than engine compartment air = more power but only a couple horse.... if your not trying to get every horse power out of it do like they said and remove the silencer and install a k&n filter its cheap and your not going to realy feel a differance in power anyway

Niether one is going to really make a difference your going to notice. I'd stick with what ever you have right now and put the money else where.

Ya i think its the same crap e bay or bbk besides some minor cosmetics... i just got my "e-bay" cai and it looks just like the 179.00 ones. I havent slapped it on yet waiting for my throttle body ...

I think I'm gonna have to go with the K&N. Based on performance, it sounds like this is the best and cheapest way to go!

It is not nessisarily the "best" way to go, just the most economical. You might get another HP or two from the BBK or the like intake. BUt is it worth it for the price. I don't personally think so.

a bbk colr air intake with K&N filter and anderson motorsports power pipe.. theres ur most hp id say for a cai
