Hey, the friend that is selling me his transmission wants to put a 2000 year transmission into his car that he can get for pretty cheap from a friend. I was wondering if anyone has tried this and if there are any guides on just how different it is from putting in a T-5.

The car is a 1990, the transmission is a 2000 just in case there is confusion.

2000 what? like is it he tremec verson or a t45 or is it auto. you never did state which model it actually is..more info is needed

Manual, from a GT I think. The stock transmission.

well dunno what year exactly but the new ones had like 3560s in them yours might have the t45 in it. i know the shifter is the same dunno about the bell
