Default Vaccum problem!

I have a bigger cam in my 93 Gt and I need to add some boost to my brakes.
Should I get a Vaccum booster or canI change my brake booster to a bigger one so that the pedal is not as hard?
Also could this bigger cam be causing my car tojerk back and forth whenI am cruising at slower speeds?
At around 2000 RPM whenI am trying to cruise at a slow speed my car starts to get kind of jerky.
As soon as I hit the gas or drop to a lower gear to bring up the RPM's it goes away?
It idles fine though?

Any Ideas?

I have a vacuum booster I'd let you have for the price of shipping. Its in great shape and is black.

I have the same jerking, but its usually a lot lower in the RPM range. (right around 1400) in too high of a gear.I think its backlash in the rear or some play in the trans.

But why would the cam cause the drivetrain to jerk...if the motor is running smooth? Get back to me on that booster can I'll snap a pic if you want. Its a simple install..
