power steering sqeakikng

my power steering is sqeaking when i turn and click when turning any suggestions or solutions?
the sounds comming fromt he power steering unit

belt, tensioner, have you checked the fluid?

yait looks like it might be dirty but will that effect it?
and i have a rack and pinon were is the outlet so i can drain the old fluid?

Try filling it with some fluid. Get a flush, if possible

There is no outlet. It's sealed. Find a shop that uses bg chemicals and have it flushed like stated above. Sometimes that's all it needs.
