I like the clutch to release up high as far as the pedal movement goes. that way you don't have to press it down so far all the time and it has room to move down toward the floor as the clutch wears. I think about 500 miles of normal easy driving should be enough to break in the clutch too. Just don't let it slip a lot during break in.
