Have a '95 GT and got a Primary Fuel Pump Relay code on the scanner. Can anyone help with a location for this? Any diagnostic tips to check it out? Any help appreciated. Thanks.

fuel pump relay is under the driver's seat on a fox should be the same on the sn95s

isnt the fuel pump relay that white button that u can press and that cuts the fuel off if u get into an accident? cause if it is then mine was in my trunk area behind the panel that u take off to take the tailights out on the driver side.

no that is the fuel pump cut off. like you stated in case you get into a rear wreck

It is definetly not under the seat. Had the seat out and it is not there. There are relays under the hood but they don't look like the replacement part that I got. The car does run. That is why I'm not sure about the code.

the fuel pump relay on my 95 is in the front of the engine on a bracket rite overtop the coolent overflow its a black box hope that helps

its in the fuse box under the hood. Its the black looking cubical looking fuses under there. They should have a ford Emblem stamped on the tops. If your having trouble with your fuel pump not cutting on and you think its the relay, just take one of the others out, i believe there is a blower motor relay, take that one out and trade it with the fp relay and see if it cuts on then. Then you'll know if its a relay or not.
