I have had better luck with Jegs, they beat the crap out of Summit on my wheels and tires. However, I have ordered from both, and recieved my orders promptly.
Neither..support good smaller companies...that care about racing and can easily match their pricing and serves
Yes, buying from a smaller company is good and everything BUT the convience is what they are lacking (easy website, availabilty on products, fast shipping, shipping rates, etc.) And unfortunatly, alot of people are not willing to give that up.
i live in ohio 40 minutes from jegs and 2 hours from summit... i usually use jegs because i know guys who work there and it's convenient.. but for mail order you can't beat summit thiercustomer service is the best. they pricing is always within a couple bucks both offer next day delivery.
I dont think I have ever ordered anything from Summit and had it take them more than 2 days to get to my front door. And everything is always neatly packaged, etc.
Both are good.
Ive ordered stuff from Jeg's and got it quick and the same with Summit.
I just spent close to $600 in the past few weeks on parts from Summit.
