Summitracing.com sells a pretty decent suspension kit. Just the basics though.

FRPP Front/Rear Springs
Total is like $650 give or take $20 dollars... I forget. You can definetly find cheaper if you go with different brands and possibly used but its a good kit to get you started,

as far as bang for buck go i 1000billion times agree.... best bang for buck tho... not hte best dont get me wrong there are better but damn 10 adj s/s for as cheap as these are is a hell of a deal...
as far as springs go get some H&R or eibach springs
far as exhuast.... cheapest way is to buy used..... if u wanted regular x pipe(not catted) i could help u out... but im guessing u have smog laws

150 bux for some nice use lakewood 70/30 and 50/50 shock
