Default ++Looking for some good advice++

Hey, I was looking for some good advice, and I hope some of you can point me in the right direction.

I own a 1986 GT. I had a stock 302 with an E cam in it and it ran high 13's for the longest time. I have recently decided that this is not enough (as I'm sure this sounds most familiar) and have pulled the block and all. I bought a .030 over block (came at a rate I couldn't pass up) and now I have two perfectly good blocks. That being said, I have decided to stroke the new 306 block I have bought. I already have found a GT-40 upper and lower intake as well as a new throttle body. I'm looking for a great combination fuel injected, but I also want to spray it with about a 150 to 200 shot. So I guess my question is what would be the best combination of a stroker kit and heads to go with the setup I already have.

For those of you browsing through and not wanting to take the time to answer my question, bare in mind I will be racing two of my friends this summer who both have camaros.

The 347 is a popular stoker motor. You could find some iron GT40 heads too.

AFR 185 heads, and get a 331 stroker if using nitrous, make sure you get some bad *** forged pistons and make sure they have the correct notches for the big AFR 185 valves
