misfiring when warm

misfiring when warm
Iv come to relize that when my new motor warms up it starts to misfire. it comes on and off also, it gets worse and better as you drive it. just wondering all the possible things it could be.
Note: the distributor is good and the carb isnt the prob (tried 2 already). Also the coil isnt grounded could that result in this?
