as much as i hate to say it.. this guy is right. 99% of the ladies in the world dont care about how fast a car is, just if it looks good to them. now i agree with saying go fast goodies first, but if youre car is a rust bucket, dentedeye-sore then i vote for fix the body and paint first and do the go fast goodies after. but if youre paintisdecent and the body is straight and not flawwed by dents or rust then go for the go fast goodies first.

There is a fine line between sleeper and beater, unfortunatly most people don't know where that line is. It all boils down to wether or not you'd like to be slow and look good doing it, or go fast and look stupid. Of course we all want to go fast and look good, but money is usually a show stopper for most.

Find a balance. I have seen some cars that out right fly but looked like *** and no one cared how fast it was. It does not have to be allone way and none of the other. I will never understand why some people will have a10K motor in a $1500 car.To me that is stupid.
