he's talking actual rear wheel HP...a stock mustang will lay down 180-190 on a dyno (5 spd...auto slightly lower), so if you're making 250 you've had an actual gain of 60HP...typical of the combo you mention. The factory 225 rating is flywheel...does not not reflect drivetrain loss of typically 15 or more percent based on vehicle condition.

thanks pro... yea im talkin rwhp... a gt get about 180-190 like he said a cobra gets about 200-220.... the use gt-40 heads and cobra intake... along with a more agressive cam and 1.7rr... so id say a E303 would be about the same..... so yea if u did that swap i wouldnt expect more than 220rwhp or no more than 240 hp.... which is what a cobra has... big waste of time...

to be truthful i didnt really think about what i wrote pretty much i know people that use alphabet cams and like em and then there is others that dont in the end its gonna be what you wantsince its your car if you wanna buy the cam then buy it
