It leads downinto the harness that goes to the purge solenoid on the charcoal canister. Now whether it's for that or not, I don't know but that's where the harness leads.

I removed my heater core and the black heater hose, so I guess it should nothurt to install the coolant temp sensor to the lower intake manifold behind the thermostat.
I also removed my emissions like the charcoal canister, so I guess I should just connect it anyways to avoid check engine lights.
