92 vert question please helpp for my dad

dad got a 92 vert he wants to change out the back seat belts the colors.is there anyway to do it besides drilling the rivits out.whats the best way to change them he really dont want to drill out the rivits please help!

I've never heard of the seatbelts being riveted in. They are always bolted in. Either you are mistaken or I'm not understanding.

they have bolts, they are not rivetted. i took the rear seat belts out in my vert haha
