i think the size is either 11/16 or 13/16

right but that could put him on the exhaust stroke, not compression... do it the way i said.

and to ans ur "1 more question" i just did head gaskets, and so long as its all done right, no break in period

dont stress about askin questions... its wut were here for
well if that's the case. haha. whats the best way to bump the starter? unplug one of the wires while the ignition is on and just barely tap it?

also i just thought of this. does it have to be exactly at tdc or can it be a little off from the top as long as it's still in the compression stage?

Doesn't have to be perfect, just on the right stroke and within the running degrees... +1 on the break in period... Might drive it down the road or something, but you shouldn't have anything to worry about from day one...Good luck
