Default Pleaese help, Idling, drivability problem

It idles really low 600, It will die sometimes when i come to a stop. When i start it back up it starts fine but dies again right away.If i rev it up after starting it will hold a low idle again but will die again later. The problem started as it started to get warmer outside. It will start fine in the morning and run fine. But after the car heats up it starts to want to die. If i sit at an idle when iaccelerate and let off the gas with the clutch in it makes a popping, gargling noise in the exhaust as the rpm drops. everytime it starts to make this noise it dies at the next stop light. I cleaned the IAC but i think i heard a whine from the fuel pump when it died. Any help or direction of where to start would be greatly appreciated. Or any thing else i should put to help describe the problem better.

you could try raising the idle by turning the screw in the back of the throttle body

Don't raise the idle, that's just going to hide the problem, not fix it. I would guess it's the fuel pump...do you have a way to check fuel pressure (pressure gauge that plugs into the schrater valve on the fuel line)?
